Brewing

I started homebrewing in autumn 2013 and soon got a bit obsessed. After getting the hang of all-grain brewing at home I began making the occasional cask beer for the Hops & Glory pub on Essex Road, in their basement brewery. Over 2015 I brewed more regularly at the H&G and me and Durham, the pub landlord, set up Hops & Glory Brewery Ltd to supply the pub with a house beer - Epic Pale - brewed on premises.
